Hommage

A digital cult with a street aesthetic character.

After the recent Apple presentation, many people were left with mixed feelings. But it's really not all that gloomy over there - we'll probably talk about that later. Right now, it's about something else.

During the broadcast, my eyes locked onto a single background detail. I'm talking about the skateboard in the background. And immediately, a thought flashed in my mind: "What if..."

When perfectionism wins

It would seem like just a board in the background, which 99% of viewers didn't even notice. But as a fan of pure aesthetics, I instantly wanted to break this image down to the very last screw and reassemble it from scratch in digital format.

Before you is the result of that impulse. I got seriously meticulous about the details: bolts, screws, wheel texture, and a bunch of other little things that added up to a decent amount. It was a personal challenge, and, as always, a damn interesting one.
